Business Psychology Services provide support to full time managers employed by business, and also consultants (internal and external.) The work is done by applying psychological theories, models and practise to organisations, teams, and the individuals who work in them. The approach is to work collaboratively where possible.

Recent work has included:

• Design and delivery of assessment centres to recruit 68 graduates into
  5 divisions of an international bank

• Coaching a senior manager from a utilities company to network, and
  influence key stakeholders relating to his business plan of increased use of
  renewable energy sources

• Shadow consulting a team of HR consultants who were moving into working a new role as HR Business Partners, each with their own business manager and internal HR relationships to manage

• Introducing, and facilitating cross-divisional action learning to support
  managers implement skills from a generic behavioural skills programme to
  their local workplace
