Jonty Leicester
Jonty is a Chartered Psychologist (UK) who has worked in Business for over fifteen years. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and works in both the UK and Sweden. He offers a range of services to help improve the recruitment and development of staff working in many different kinds of organisations. He has worked with groups and individuals at all levels of seniority from team leaders to board members.

Jonty works exclusively in English and helps organisations deal with core organisational questions such as:

What are the key behaviours that make our staff successful?
How can I get a management team, or a department to work more effectively together?
I could do with a confidential, external ally to help me give my best to this company over the next three to five years, who can help me with this?
How can I develop the right behavioural skills in my staff to help them manage and work with customers more effectively?

Jonty worked for two of the UK’s leading applied business psychology consultancies during the 80’s and early 90’s before becoming head of assessment at The Royal Bank of Scotland in 1997. He has also spent time more recently as an individual and organisational development consultant with Sheppard Moscow in Edinburgh. He has worked with clients such as Scottish Power, Tesco Stores, The Department for International Development, Vodafone, Astra Zeneca and ITI Scotland and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Business Psychology Services
Jonty now works freelance, offering business psychology services in the UK and Sweden. These include the following:

• Competency/Job analysis
• Assessment for recruitment and development (including assessment centres and psychometrics)
• Qualified psychometric specialist, including MBTI, 16PF, FIRO-B and the Leadership Development Framework.
• Team diagnosis and team development events
• Diagnosing organisational problems, surveys and feedback projects using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Executive and Managerial coaching
